Jude at 15 Months

Jude is 15 months now and keeps us busy. He enjoyed the time we spent in Mississippi with his buddies Beck and Dawson, they are the Beard's 4 year old twin boys. He just loves them. Every time we saw them he would just smile and get excited. He loves dogs, he gets excited every time he sees one on the trail when we go on a walk. He gets upset when we leave the dog ha ha! He loves swimming at the pool. I dunked him all the way under water and he took it really well.

We arrived home safely this past week and went to the cabin for the 4th of July and got sick from his cousin Jacob. Dangit! It is no fun being sick. We both got a cold. Jude got pink eye, a little fever and I found out when I took him to the doctor that both of his ears are infected. Poor guy! Jude and I have been taking it easy this week. We are slowly getting better.

Jude is still just a skinny and tall boy. He grew taller but didn't gain much weight. He is 20lbs. 12.5 ounces And 32 inches. He is in the 7% for weight and 85% for his height. This boy will most likely be like his parents always trying to put on some pounds but can't. We sure love this boy!

He is getting better at walking and he is figuring out his basketball hoop at home. He loves it. He gets attached to any stuffed, soft, furry thing. He likes stuffed animals. He kept stealing his cousin Boston's Tiger at the cabin, ha ha!

Heart Beat #2

Yesterday it was reassuring to hear my little ones heart beat, for the first time. It is official, now I really know that there is a little baby in there. I was getting nervous because it took awhile to find the baby but sure enough he or she is there inside of me. Here we go round two! I am now going on 11 weeks and 5 days. So excited!
