I know my kids just got over a cold a week ago and now they have a cold again and this time it took me down as well. Having sick kids is the worst! Our poor little guy:( This has to be one of the worst colds ever! He can barely breathe. He has the nasty yellow snot! That I found all over him this morning, in his eyes (he couldn't open his eyes), nose and hair. I felt so bad for him. I just held him in a hot shower for forever at 5:30 this morning. I hate seeing him so miserable. He is having a hard time sleeping. It has been a rough couple nights. Hope he gets better soon!

Standing up

Yael is now pulling himself up onto his feet. He will hold onto me or the couch for balance and then stand up. Today I was surprised to see him pull himself up and balance on his feet for a few seconds. One time he didn't even hold onto anything to get up into standing position. Impressive at this age! He really is so strong and has been since he was born. He is progressing way too fast!

Sitting up

Look who is getting so strong and so big! Yael is full on sitting up all by himself. I am surprised to see him pulling himself up from the floor on his tummy to sitting up position. He is just the cutest happiest little guy! I enjoy him so much. I love how happy and giggly he is all the time. He is going to be crawling soon. He started taking off with the scooting a few days ago and he is getting around. I can't believe how fast he figured out how to scoot and get around.

How is my baby boy scooting already?! Yesterday he started scooting a bit. If he really wants something he will find a way to get it. I put a toy in front of him and he nudge his way over.

Potty Training

We survived the first day of big boy underwear and no diapers with accidents of course. But everything became worth it when I got that bit of Hope that I can do this. At the end of the day Jude came running out of his room yelling "Mommy, Mommy" and I hurried and put him on the potty. He went! just in time before bedtime. I am impressed that he initiated this one and told me before it was too late. Yes! Such a proud Mommy! I have to stay strong, now that I started potty training Jude there is no turning back.

The Latest

We are currently living in Lufkin Texas. Chad is keeping busy with his own security company and they are doing great! I am busy being Mommy. I love it! Jude is now 27 months and getting ready for potty training, I am dreading the potty training process but look forward to the end result. Yael is 5 months and is the happiest baby boy I have ever seen. He is sitting up and rolling all around and sucking on his toes.

We enjoyed coming home over the 4th of July. We had a great time at Lake Powell with the Towners. More pictures to come.

We are busy making the best of Life! Looking forward to coming back home again! Sure do love and appreciate our home and having family near by.

Yael lately

Yael is now 5 months and lately he has been enjoying his toes. He has discovered his toes and he just sucks on them. I think it is so funny and so stinking cute.

Yael Is quite mobile now. He rolls around a lot!

He is also getting closer at sitting up by himself. He sits up for a bit and then falls over shortly. He is getting there! I just adore him so much. He is so fun! Just wish he would sleep more for me. He still has not slept through the night for me, ok, I take that back he has once! I need better sleep soon! Please Yaya!

He is the happiest little guy. He will crack a smile for anyone that gives him attention.

He has done great flying on the airplane. So glad he took a long nap on our way back to Texas.

He enjoyed Lake Powell for the first time last week. He took the heat like a Champ! Love, love, love him so much. Never knew I would love my boys so much. I love being a mother!

Happy Father's Day

Sure do love and appreciate this man so much! Thank you Chad for all of your hard work in providing for our family and for being the fun and loving father that you are to our boys. We love you! Happy Father's Day Chad!




Jude got rewarded for going pee in the potty! Yay! It was a big celebration. I had been trying for several days to get him to go and he finally did on Father's Day.

Brothers

Jude and Yael have such a sweet relationship. Jude try's to smother Yael because he loves him so much. He is always hugging him, laying on him, kissing him, and entertaining him. I always remind him to be gentle with his brother Yaya because he is a baby. Yael is either laughing at Jude or yelling at Jude because Jude is loving him a little too much! Ha. Yael thinks Jude is so funny. He just smiles and laughs at him. So cute! Best Buds!

Happy 6 Year Anniversary

We celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary this Wednesday, June 12th. We had a good time with just the 2 of us going out to eat and shopping. It was a good surprise having a baby sitter here in Texas. Chad got the office assistant to come watch the kidos for us. Made my day having one on one time. It was much needed. Love my Hubby!
