Down Town

Temple Square

We rode Trax.
I look forward to going down town to Temple Square each year during this holiday season. We went down with the Towner family on Sunday December 19 and celebrated Mitch's Birthday. It was so wet from all the rain. The lights are amazing each year. Love this place. Love this time of year.

Holiday Cheer

Bridger, Brandon and Chad
Love these Guys! Chad and Lincoln.
Can you believe what my Husband is wearing? Gotta love it. He is so funny! My socks and my leggings, he is wearing.
You got to love the holiday cheer this time of year, the parties, the food, friends, christmas sweaters. We had a good time a Bridger's sweater party at their place. We borrowed some of Anita's old sweaters, they were perfect. Thanks Nita!

Our Birthday Celebration

Nov. 19th, Chad and I went to Sumo, Our favorite place and got some sushi
My Happy Birthday. Chad spoiled me. He got me a new Cannon camera, that I have been wanting and he totally surprised me.
Once again, totally surprised me. We went to Brandon Flowers on Wednesday Nov 17th. I was so excited to see him! We love Brandon Flowers!

For Chad's Birthday on Nov. 12th, I surprised him, well somewhat, with this picture. There are no surprises for him. I framed his Eagle Scout award and badges. He loved it.
On Chad's Birthday we found out we are having a baby boy. Chad got his boy!
We celebrated our Birthdays with Chad's Family on Sunday Nov. 15 at our home and then we got together with my family on Nov. 18th at my Parents. We had a great time.

We had the best time together the past week on our Birthdays. I am so lucky to have Chad as my Hubby! I am so grateful he was born. I love him so much. Thanks for Everything Chad! I appreciate you and all you do for me.

Oh Joy! It's a Boy!

I am so excited that Chad and I are going to have a little Boy! We found out on Friday, on Chad's Birthday. What a great present for Chad! He is so ecstatic. It was so neat to see our little guy and to see and hear his little heart beat. We love him so much already and we are so excited to see him and hold him in our arms.

I looked forward to fall break on Oct. 14-17 to spend time with Chad, enjoy the fall leaves and the warmer weather down South. We had a fabulous time together at Lake Powell and Zion's National Park. We had quite the adventure. I love spending time with just him. We always have the best time. We were in for it when we stopped by Zion's for the day on our way home from Powell. We have never been there before so we didn't know what to expect. That place is amazing. It is so beautiful. We hiked up the Narrows and I didn't know that you pretty much hiked through a river bed in freezing water the whole time. We didn't have time to get passed the water. It was still fun but exhausting. My back was killing afterwards.
We spent time in Lake Powell Friday night and Saturday with Chad's office that he sold with this summer with Pinnacle Security.
We hiked up to Timpanogos Cave on Thursday. I love this hike. It is so pretty this time of year.
Here I am 4 months Prego!

Chad is gonna be a Daddy

I'm Pregnant!

We recently found out that We are pregnant! and we couldn't be more excited. I am due at the beginning of April on the 8th. I am feeling pretty good, I am not too sick. I mostly get nauseous at night. I heard the little heart beat today for the first time. It was so amazing to hear this little thump of a heart beat inside of me! It made it more real. It was comforting to know that there is a little heart in there. I still can't believe it! I am so excited to be a Mother. I feel way blessed.

About the video, Chad was in Georgia still, so I recorded the results and sent them to him to let him know that he is gonna be a DAD! We held up this pregnant sign with pink and blue balloons at the airport when we picked up his parents a few weeks ago, that is how we told them. They were so excited, so excited that Anita was crying when I was hugging her. My parents couldn't be more excited to have their 13th grand child on the way. We are all so Happy!

Home Sweet Home

I am back from Georgia, and man does it feel good to be back home. I missed Utah, my family, my friends and my home so much. The weather here and everything is so much better. I got back in town on Wednesday, July 21st and right when I got home I headed up to one of my favorite places, Bear Lake, my happy place. I spent time with my dad and my sister, Sharlena's family. It felt so nice to be up there again and spend time with my family. It was beautiful and perfect weather. I loved every second. Thanks so much Dad for the sweet get away. It was good to spend time with you.

Atlanta Adventures

The 4th of July at Stone Mountain
We really missed being home with our family celebrating. We'll just say we didn't have such a Happy 4th of July. We tried but it was just not the same away from home. We went to this park thinking it would be a blast but it was just way too crowded to do anything. Maybe under different circumstances, not on a holiday this place would be fun. The stone rock is cool. This place has picnic areas and grills to bbq, hiking, a lake and a golf course, ropes course and a sky ride. It sounds entertaining, right. We didn't want to pay for the whole day pass that includes a lot of it so we didn't stay. I wanted to hike up to the top of the stone mountain but it was way too hot so I didn't even care to do it. I mostly wanted to come to see the fire work show and laser show later that night, but it was crazy trying to find a spot to sit and we didn't want to stay 5 hours until it started so we left. They closed the park once it got so full and so that is why we left so early to get in before they stopped letting people in and we hoped to spend the day there, so much for that. I know Chad was bummed because we wasted time that could have been spent golfing. Once we decided to go golf the course was already closed. It closed early. We mostly just ate lunch and left. We went to get a Blizzard and then went to the pool and ended the night watching Lost, season 2. The Zoo is always fun to go visit. We just try to think of things to do.
"Can't Be Tamed"

It was so funny when this Gorilla came up to the window and gave us a view of his butt and squatted and peed right in front of us. Hilarious.
Six Flags White Water Park

The Coke Factory

Got lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. Love this place. I had a little surprise when I took a bite of Natasha's hibachi steak. I bit down on a piece of metal embedded in the steak. I thought it was a bone at first then spit out a round silver thing that looked something like a bolt. That was crazy. Can you believe that? That could have been bad. Natasha and I both got our meals free!
The Georgia Aquarium. This place was neat. I really enjoyed it. I saw the biggest fish and whales that resemble dolphins, sharks, and sting ray.
