This is what I eat when Chad isn't around for dinner. I whip up an easy salad. I cook more when Chad is around! The good news is Chad will usually eat what I eat too, but he won't not necessarily make a whole meal out of this salad.
I am just now eating at 9:00 pm. My Kids have really been testing my patience tonight! They both just wanted Mommy! And were so whinny! Jude has a hard time sharing me.
