Chad is gonna be a Daddy

I'm Pregnant!

We recently found out that We are pregnant! and we couldn't be more excited. I am due at the beginning of April on the 8th. I am feeling pretty good, I am not too sick. I mostly get nauseous at night. I heard the little heart beat today for the first time. It was so amazing to hear this little thump of a heart beat inside of me! It made it more real. It was comforting to know that there is a little heart in there. I still can't believe it! I am so excited to be a Mother. I feel way blessed.

About the video, Chad was in Georgia still, so I recorded the results and sent them to him to let him know that he is gonna be a DAD! We held up this pregnant sign with pink and blue balloons at the airport when we picked up his parents a few weeks ago, that is how we told them. They were so excited, so excited that Anita was crying when I was hugging her. My parents couldn't be more excited to have their 13th grand child on the way. We are all so Happy!

Home Sweet Home

I am back from Georgia, and man does it feel good to be back home. I missed Utah, my family, my friends and my home so much. The weather here and everything is so much better. I got back in town on Wednesday, July 21st and right when I got home I headed up to one of my favorite places, Bear Lake, my happy place. I spent time with my dad and my sister, Sharlena's family. It felt so nice to be up there again and spend time with my family. It was beautiful and perfect weather. I loved every second. Thanks so much Dad for the sweet get away. It was good to spend time with you.

Atlanta Adventures

The 4th of July at Stone Mountain
We really missed being home with our family celebrating. We'll just say we didn't have such a Happy 4th of July. We tried but it was just not the same away from home. We went to this park thinking it would be a blast but it was just way too crowded to do anything. Maybe under different circumstances, not on a holiday this place would be fun. The stone rock is cool. This place has picnic areas and grills to bbq, hiking, a lake and a golf course, ropes course and a sky ride. It sounds entertaining, right. We didn't want to pay for the whole day pass that includes a lot of it so we didn't stay. I wanted to hike up to the top of the stone mountain but it was way too hot so I didn't even care to do it. I mostly wanted to come to see the fire work show and laser show later that night, but it was crazy trying to find a spot to sit and we didn't want to stay 5 hours until it started so we left. They closed the park once it got so full and so that is why we left so early to get in before they stopped letting people in and we hoped to spend the day there, so much for that. I know Chad was bummed because we wasted time that could have been spent golfing. Once we decided to go golf the course was already closed. It closed early. We mostly just ate lunch and left. We went to get a Blizzard and then went to the pool and ended the night watching Lost, season 2. The Zoo is always fun to go visit. We just try to think of things to do.
"Can't Be Tamed"

It was so funny when this Gorilla came up to the window and gave us a view of his butt and squatted and peed right in front of us. Hilarious.
Six Flags White Water Park

The Coke Factory

Got lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. Love this place. I had a little surprise when I took a bite of Natasha's hibachi steak. I bit down on a piece of metal embedded in the steak. I thought it was a bone at first then spit out a round silver thing that looked something like a bolt. That was crazy. Can you believe that? That could have been bad. Natasha and I both got our meals free!
The Georgia Aquarium. This place was neat. I really enjoyed it. I saw the biggest fish and whales that resemble dolphins, sharks, and sting ray.

3 Years and Counting

3 Years Together
The Manhattan New York Temple, 2 years together
And One year
The Orlando Florida Temple
The Salt Lake Temple

Last Saturday Chad and I celebrated our 3 year Wedding Anniversary. We spent the day together, got some sushi down town, we love sushi and we went out to breakfast. We went to the Georgia Aquarium which was way cool. We had a good time together. I was bummed to here that the Temple was closed because we have gone every year so far on our anniversary. I just love being with him. I can't believe it has been 3 years already. Time goes by way too fast. We have had some good times the past 3 years being married. It has been the best 3 years ever because I married the best guy ever and my best friend. He is so fun and he treats me like a queen. Marrying you Chad was the best decision I have ever made! I love you Chad!

Chad is selling in Atlanta right now and I finally got to come out to see him. It has been a such a sweet reunion to be with my Husband again. We missed each other so much! I am going on my second week now, here in Atlanta. I like the warm weather but it does get too hot, almost unbearable and it is just gonna get worse. It reminds me when we were in Florida. I enjoyed our time in Florida a lot. We are out in the ghetto or should I say the "Hood" in the words of the locals, outside of Atlanta. We are staying in a better part of the hood which is a town called Lithonia. I am enjoying my time off. I chill at the pool with Tash and Lincoln, work out, read, go to Walmart and the mall, cook, do laundry, and take care of my Chaddy. Life is great! I am so grateful for all of Chad's hard work out here selling. I am so lucky to have him as my husband.

A Father's Day Tribute

Happy Father's Day Dave! Thanks for all of the good times and for being so fun. I love you Dad. You are the Best Dad in the world. I am so lucky to be born into your family and for all of the important things you've taught me. I love how I can always just call you up and talk forever about anything and I know I can count on you to be there for me always. I'm so lucky that never in my life did I ever ever have any question about whether or not my dad loved me, more than all the stars in the sky. You're one of my best friends in the whole world and I am so grateful to be your son. Happy Father's Day Dave! Love Chaddy
